Q: How do I log in?
A: Simply click on the login button and enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your password please click the Forgot Password link. If you have not registered yet, create a new account by following the prompts on the Login page.
Q: What do I do if I need my product for a specific event date?
A: Please email TeamZekelman@creativepromo.net prior to completing your order to confirm event date can be met, and that no expediting fees will be incured.
Q: What do I do if I need my product faster than the stated production time?
A: Please email TeamZekelman@creativepromo.net prior to completing your order to confirm event date can be met, and that no expediting fees will be incured.
Q: What do I do if I need my product faster than the stated production time, and I already completed my order at check out?
A: Please email TeamZekelman@creativepromo.net and we can figure out the best solution on either to expedite, or if needed, to cancel the order.
Q: How do I log in?

Q: Can I see my past orders and current orders placed?
A: Yes, just click out "My Account" and view orders.
Q: How do I edit my account profile?
A: To edit your account you will need to login to the store. After logging in click on the "My Account" link at the top navigation bar.
Q: How do I start shopping?
A: To start shopping simply select a product category in the "Product Categories" navigation box. From each product category you will be able to select individual products and add them to your cart.
Q: How do I add products to the shopping cart?
A: Once you have selected a product simply fill out the necessary fields such as color, size and quantity. Then simply click the "Add to Cart" button.
Q: How do I update the cart?
A: To update your shopping cart please click on the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of the page. Here you can enter new quantities for each product and click "Recalculate" or click "Clear Cart" to remove all items from your shopping cart.
Q: Will I get an email confirmation of my order?
A: Yes. All of your order details will be included in the email.
Q: Will I get a shipping confirmation of my order?
A: Yes. Once the order has shipped you should receive a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking numbers to track your shipment.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: To check the order status simply login into the store and click on My Orders. From here you can view new, old, and pending orders.
Q: Can I view my order history?
A: All of your previous orders are available for review by clicking into your account or clicking the My Orders tab. Of course, you have to be logged in first.
Q: How do I contact customer service?

Q: I ordered the wrong size, what do I do?

Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: For all stocked items, orders will ship within 2 business days of order placement
A: For all on-demand items, production ranges from 7-10 & 10-15 working days post order reciept depending on the item and its decration method. Lead times are listed under all product descriptions.
Q: Does Zekelman profit from the store?
A: No, pricing is passed along at the bulk quantity purchased pricing. Zekelman does not profit, we provide the store as a courtesy to our employees and clients, NOT a profit center.
Q: How do we suggest new items we want to see?
A: Please send an email to TeamZekelman@creativepromo.net for any new items, ideas, or suggestions.
Return Policy
- Returns are only processed for items that arrive damaged, or if an incorrect item was received.*
- Exceptions can be made for items that are stocked in the company store but not for bulk orders. Approval by Zekelman will be needed in order for all returns and will be handled on a case by case basis.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the goods to TeamZekelman@creativepromo.net
- all approved returns will be issued an RMA number
- products must be returned within 7 days of being issued an RMA number
- refunds will be credited back to customer in the form of an in store credit (to their user account, if guest we return payment to the form they used to purchase either CC or Zekelman)
-For bulk orders, we will accept returned merchandise ONLY if the product is damaged upon receipt, the item is defective or the incorrect type of merchandise was shipped in error. No other returns will be accepted.
- Our warehouse personnel and vendors cannot accept any returns without an approved RMA number.
